1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

4 Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

When registering for a jep77 account, you must provide accurate and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

4.2 Account Ownership

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with jep77. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created for the purpose of bonus abuse are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account to any third party.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, and you agree to notify jep77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jep77 is required to verify the identity of all users in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide all requested documentation, including but not limited to government-issued identification (KTP), proof of address, and photographic verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jep77 accepts deposits via bank transfer from major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional materials. All deposits must originate from an account registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being returned and account suspension.

Deposits are typically credited to your jep77 account instantly. In rare cases where processing delays occur, credits will be applied within 24 hours. If you experience deposit issues, contact our customer support team immediately with transaction details.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours after approval, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your jep77 account. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawal requests.

Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if: (a) you have not completed KYC verification; (b) you have active bonus wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled; (c) your account is under investigation for suspicious activity; (d) your account information does not match your banking information; or (e) we suspect fraudulent activity.

5.3 Fees and Charges

jep77 does not charge fees for the first three (3) withdrawal requests per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month are subject to a Rp 5,000 administrative fee. Currency conversion fees may apply if funds are deposited in a currency other than Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. jep77 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and may freeze accounts pending investigation of potential money laundering activities.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by jep77 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limits. These terms are clearly stated in each promotion's description and must be read carefully before opting in.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements—slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

jep77 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other users to abuse promotional offers, using betting patterns designed solely to convert bonuses with minimal risk, or any other activity that we deem to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and accounts may be permanently closed.

6.3 Bonus Forfeiture

You may forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Once forfeited, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be removed from your account, leaving only your original deposited funds (minus any losses already incurred). Forfeited bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games offered on the jep77 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Once a bet is placed and accepted, the outcome is final and cannot be reversed except in cases of technical malfunction or clear system error, as determined solely by jep77.

7.2 Betting Limits

jep77 reserves the right to impose betting limits on individual accounts at any time and without prior notice. Limits may be applied based on account history, betting patterns, or as part of our responsible gaming measures. 7.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game disruption, jep77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. 7.4 Sports Betting Rules

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to delay times, and we reserve the right to reject or limit bets at any time.

8 Prohibited User Conduct

Users of the jep77 platform are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international laws.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time during account usage.
• Creating multiple accounts or colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the jep77 platform or other users' accounts.
• Engaging in money laundering, credit card fraud, or any other form of financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jep77 staff or other users through chat, email, or any communication channel.
• Using the platform to advertise, promote, or conduct any commercial activity without prior written consent from jep77.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the jep77 platform.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While jep77 strives to maintain 99.8% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs without prior notice. jep77 is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The jep77 platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access and use the platform at their own risk.

9.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jep77's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall jep77 be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9.4 Force Majeure

jep77 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, or power outages.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your jep77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

10.2 jep77-Initiated Suspension

jep77 reserves the right to suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms and Conditions, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the platform. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals pending investigation.

10.3 Permanent Termination

jep77 may permanently terminate your account if: (a) you have materially breached these Terms and Conditions; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) you have provided false information or documentation; (d) you are found to be under the legal gambling age; or (e) we determine in our sole discretion that continued provision of services to you is not in the best interests of jep77 or our community.

Upon termination, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Any remaining balance of real money funds (after deduction of any amounts owed to jep77) will be returned to you. Terminated users are prohibited from creating new accounts on the jep77 platform.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where jep77 holds its operating license. For Indonesian users, local consumer protection laws shall apply where not in conflict with the governing license jurisdiction.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of jep77 services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
